Malay voice-over talent – Clarks customer announcements.

Project Description

Computacenter required a Malay voice-over talent for ‘Clarks’ customer service centre in Kuala Lumpar.  We recommended a Malay voice artist.  We translated the scripts, then recorded the IVR prompts and edited & encoded the Malay audio as 8Bit 8Khz ALAW mono wavs (this is a low-quality format, but it is a standard format for many IVR systems).
